The fatal mistakes of a pharmacist

A- avoid these drugs for children:-  

   - chloramphenicole as it 
     cause gray baby syndrome

   - Aspirin as it cause 
     Rey syndrome

   - Tetracycline as it 
     makes tooth discoloration

   - Quinolones cause cartilage disease

B- For diabetic patient :-

   - Avoid insulin type exchange

   - Avoid syringe type exchange

   - Always perform glucose check

C- Anti coagulant:-

   - Avoid generic alternative especially for Siwa Company

- Never readjust the dose by yourself "a doctor must be advised"
